Both 2 ft and 4 ft fluorescent tube fittings   can be converted on site creating 45-50% energy saving using Active input ballast  gear in place of electromagnetic chokes and starters.
This AIB technology is suitable for operation on a 240V/220V, 50Hz , AC  power supply.

In case recessed Quatro (2x4ft.)-T8 fittings, similar control gear as above shall be used as follows:
Each Quatro unit shall be fitted with 2No.-Refco-JS-AA-YZ40Z (or equivalent) Electronic ballast, each of which shall be wired to serve One Pair Of 2ft. Fluorescent tubes within the tray.
